Eric Lawrence, along with his business partner Rob Lanni, are the management team behind the skyrocketing success of Our Lady Peace, Simple Plan, Finger Eleven and their roster extends to Andee, Justin Nozuka, Ben Caplan and the list goes on....On top of having an all-star list of artists on the management side, they also own a beautifully converted 12,000 sq.ft. convent that now serves as their offices, where they have both their management and record label division, many recording and rehearsal spaces, their music charity TEMPO as well as the Music Incubator, which serves to educate up-and-coming artists, tour and techies, and managers.All of this, what they've built up, from what started in Rob's mom's basement, goes under their company name, Coalition Music.An innovative, creative, successful business-minded partnership that continues to grow and evolve – and I had the pleasure of sitting down to have a conversation with one of the co-owners.
